By accessing or using the Postdate application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Your Account

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you purchased your subscription.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Service, including letters, messages, and profile information. By posting content, you grant Postdate a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postdate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
